Martyn Konig has more than 40 years’ experience in investment banking and the commodity markets.

Martyn Konig served as a non-executive Director of Newgold Inc from 2006 to 2018, President and Executive Chairman of European Goldfields Limited from 2009 to 2012 and Chairman of Stemcor Limited from 2018 to 2020. Martyn served until recently (August 2026) as Chairman of Nyrstar NV and from 2025, Chairman of TGT Minerals Limited.

He has extensive experience in the natural resource sector, which includes senior management responsibility in resource finance and commodity trading operations at various international investment banks. Formerly Martyn was a main Board Director of NM Rothschild and Sons Limited and held senior positions at UBS and Goldman Sachs. Mr Konig is a Barrister and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Martin Horgan is a mining engineer with extensive international operational and leadership experience in gold exploration, project development, and large-scale mining operations, complemented by investment banking and consulting engineering experience.

A co-founder of Toro Gold Ltd., Martin Horgan led the discovery, development, and operation of the Mako mine in Senegal prior to its acquisition by Resolute Mining for US$274 million in 2019. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Centamin Plc from 2020 to 2024, overseeing the Sukari gold mine and the company’s US$2.5 billion acquisition by AngloGold Ashanti and was an executive director of BDI Mining. Since January 2025, he has served as a non-executive director of TGT Minerals Limited, a private Jersey-based investment holding company focused on early-stage exploration projects in West Africa. Martin also holds a position as a Non-executive Director at DPM Metals Inc, a Canadian-based international gold mining company with operations and projects located in Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Ecuador.

Laurence Marsland is an engineer with more than forty years’ of diverse experience in the international mining industry, largely in senior management and executive director roles, including management of precious and base metals project evaluation, development and operation. Since 2000 he has worked extensively in Europe.

Mr Marsland has a strong background in project management, and in the acquisition and development of government-owned mining assets in Eastern Europe. Mr Marsland worked for Minproc Engineers for more than 15 years in project engineering and engineering management of mining projects in Australia, West African, Latin America and USA. During this period he helped establish that company’s North American arm, Mincorp Limited, before taking up the role of President and CEO of Laguna Gold and overseeing its listing on the TSX.

Mr Marsland’s subsequent experience includes serving as Vice President, Project Development for Gabriel Resources, then Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Dundee Precious Metals Inc. where he was responsible for the development and operation of its mining assets after renegotiating the terms of the acquisition of the substantial Chelopech gold-copper mine with the Bulgarian Government. He is currently a partner in PLC Partners S.A., a private company incorporated to pursue resource development opportunities.

Johan Ferreira is an experienced mining executive, board director and professional engineer with more than 35 years of international leadership experience across the mining value chain. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Lifecycle Paradigm Shift Ltd, a specialist advisory firm he co-founded in 2025 to advise global mining companies, governments, and private equity firms.

Previously, Johan was CEO and Executive Director of Cupric Canyon Capital Group (2018-2025), and Managing Director of Khoemacau Copper Mining, where he secured US$690 million to take forward the Tier 1 Khoemacau Copper Mine (Botswana), culminating in the its c.US$2.2 billion sale to MMG in 2023, achieving a 3x investor return. Before this, he served as Regional Senior Vice President of Africa Operations for Newmont Mining Corporation (2014-2016) overseeing a production ramp-up from 700koz to 915koz of gold annually, reduced regional all-in-sustaining-costs (AISC) by 30%, and commissioned the Akyem Mine. Johan also held senior roles at Anglo American and AngloGold Ashanti, including Senior Vice President of South African Operations at AngloGold Ashanti.
